Review on Dorman 02608 Engine Expansion Plug by Dinero Bentz
Works as expected, on time, no complaints.
We had a plumbing accident and this device saved us from losing a lot of hot water. I've used it for plumbing work from c. 1968 (quite rough inside) and it's worked fine. Note that I used it in 3/4" pipes, so I'm not sure if it will fit 1" pipes, but I recommend it for 3/4" pipes.
