I wonder why I didn't get this sooner! I used a hand spatula which was time consuming, messy and a waste of fruit. This is where you place the part where the stem was against the cup and bottom pit holder and press firmly. It seems difficult at first time but easy after first try. Perfectly removes a bone without a cherry! Super easy to wash and clean. Today I canned cherries, it turned out quickly, easily and fun. I read a recipe where a woman cried after canning cherries, so obviously she didn't have it. Now I always buy cherries because I love using them, especially in the mornings when I'm in a hurry. In the photo after use, the cherries have kept their shape perfectly. LOVE IT!
