For a mobile mechanic on a budget, this tool works amazingly. Key programming, real-time diagnosis of engine issues (e.g. misfires, sensor sanity, O2 sensors) and reprogramming of special features like throttle response are invaluable to me. I bought this product in May and in December it started behaving where the touch screen was not registering. Without hesitation, Revane stepped in to ensure I got another one quickly and for free. Despite the crazy holiday season, they kept their word and helped the little guy stay in business. Great product, great customer service. 5 Stars.
