We really like this collar so far. We have a 1 year old golden doodle that we are working on especially with barking and jumping on people. We have had good success with this collar and have greatly reduced both in a short time. And we didn't use the shock function at all (you can completely disable the shock function in the remote). If he starts barking we just hit the horn button which distracts him and he stops. If that doesn't work, we vibrate the collar once and it stops. It's easy and it works. The directions were very clear and detailed. I recommend this product.
