Review on πͺ Highly Durable Wrightus Straight Stainless Steel by Jason Dahlkemper
Only for very light work.
I bought them because I needed them to fix four holes with a diameter of 2.5 mm in two aluminum blocks. The holes were only an inch deep and the aluminum was pretty soft, so I didn't think I was putting too much stress on the bits. To be extra careful I used a sturdy drill press, some lube and went back a few times to clean up the shavings. When drilling the 4th hole, the drill broke off inside the hole. Now I need to replace the block and get a new drill bit. Not worth the money.
