Not compatible with Thermaltake mounting plate.

I was very excited about this as the Thermaltake vertical cables available are incredibly stiff and there is little space between the PSU and the rack mounting plate and it seemed like a worthy alternative. catch? The mounting points on the circuit board do not match any of the possible clearance points on the adapter plate.
