'07 Sonata Rear Shocks

Shouldn't be that hard, small cap screws on the top mounting plate, a small nut on top and a large nut on the bottom. The problem is that after 114,000 miles the factory shocks were pretty much glued to the lower propshaft. So one side got away with more WD40 and a big hammer, the other side had to go to Meineck and they used a flashlight. However, the new ones did a good job with two jacks, one to support the car, the other to compress the new shock to the exact height. However, note the top tabs of the Hyundai mount, which should face outward. The KYBs are raised in the rear for a nice, smooth ride and work great with four adults in the car. I would recommend them to anyone who has worn Sonata rear shocks.
