I've been using the Plantronics PLT-M20 for years and when it finally lost its ability to hold a charge I spent a heck of a lot of time looking for a comparable replacement. I spent an embarrassing amount of money to find comfortable and reliable headphones. Plantronics Explorer 10 is the replacement I was looking for. It's the same size and fit as the older model and the sound quality is very good. I love that it tells you how much "talk time" is left when you turn it on. I don't know how well the noise cancellation works, but everyone I spoke to while using it says they can hear me perfectly even when I'm in a noisy background. I've only had it for a short time, but if it's like its predecessor, I don't have to worry about it crashing anytime soon. I can buy another one as a backup. Very happy with my purchase!
