I'm vegan. I lift heavy weights. I tried my fair share of plant protein as well as whey protein before going vegan, so I'm always comparing these powders in search of the best vegan protein! Now for this protein: It's mixed in a blender and shaker bottle (10-14 oz water or soy milk) - ingredient list says no fillers - 21g of protein isn't too bad - TASTES decent. Best taste I've had from vegan protein but that's not saying much. It has a slightly plastic/dirty aftertaste but is imperceptible due to the low amount of stevia and yellow Nanner. I took that, where it was basically around 90 cents a serving, not so terrible. OVERALL - 4.5/5 This protein gets the job done, has no fillers, tastes great, and is the first vegan protein I've discovered that doesn't have that awful cream of coconut (saturated fat, ugh). For now I will be switching between this and Orgain.
