I wanted it to be great
This product worked like a charm for the first few weeks. The Hubs loved the way he trimmed his beard with a few light strokes. However, one day he simply decided to stop working. They wrote off the standard amount, and this is not the fault of the operator, they just issued it to him. Luckily the return was hassle free and we are looking for another beard straightener. I hope others have better luck!
