Super and very sharp! Minus one star because this product is required to include instructions as all screws to remove and install these new blades are unique and must be screwed back into the same thread they were removed from. I cut myself on those super sharp blades when I figured this out. But now I'm going back to the kitchen. Recommended if you feel your lightweight food slicer is slowing down or getting stuck on small veggies.
