The buttons work properly and the volume settings contain a larger range of sounds. Thanks to the seller for contacting us and solving the problem! ______________ This speaker is a bit questionable. The sound is good for its price and aesthetically pleasing! It connected to my iPhone with no problems. However, the volume buttons didn't work and the volume control from the device doesn't work well. Lowering the volume to low/mid removed all sound and the speaker became completely silent. I bought this for office use and need a speaker for low volume work. My SoundFit Bluetooth speaker handles the entire volume range with ease. This one doesn't do the job. I returned it. I think that's fine if you plan on playing louder with it, but if you want flexibility then this isn't a speaker worth buying. It's not bad, but leaves a lot to be desired.
