Review on Enhance Performance & Durability with AIR LIFT 50256 Replacement Sleeve by Reginald Truitt

I bought the kit about 5 months ago and now I'm changing the second sleeve in just a few months ( I have the other sleeve also replaced a few months ago). I have a power chair and lift in the back of my 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4 door. The first sleeve ruptured after about a month. Yes, with only one wheelchair and the lift is only 60 pounds. I have written several times to the technical support of the manufacturing company Air Lift and have not received a reply. I'm going to buy another case now. The Revain seller is great - good price and fast shipping. But Air Lift ignores you when you need help. That's why I'm writing this. Whenever you visit their website they jump up and down how amazing their support is. So when they offered email support, I assumed they would actually reply to the email. No never. Even when I emailed their salespeople for help purchasing a replacement part. Air Lift is meant to mean lifting your money, and the support is in the air. Bottom line: the sleeves wear out quickly - no support - and the set I bought doesn't even support a wheelchair and lift. Imagine you have a boat, RV or other heavy load.
