I just received a phone holder. Actually the phone holder was great and I really like it. Works great, phone holds up well. But the vent clip was broken right out of the box. Based on other reviews, the vent clip seems to have issues with cracking and doesn't hold up well at all. I got this for the gravity holder in the first place because I knew the clamp was flimsy, but I wasn't expecting it to break right out of the box before I even had a chance to use it. Some other models from the same company ship with new aluminum/metal clips (which can be purchased separately for around $10). I don't know why they don't come with metal clips like other models. I like the holder and will probably keep it, but contact the seller for a new clip. I gave it 2 stars for the real phone stand which is great. Retired 3 for sending a broken clip. I will update after seller reply.
