brake light metal covers are fantastic. However, as others have noted, the hardware that comes in the package will not fit a 1995 YJ. The screws that come with it are too short and too narrow. The supplied spacers are too long. I had to go to a hardware store to find the correct mounting screws etc. I ended up using 5mm flat washers, M6 - 1.0 nylon insert locknuts, and #8 x 1" Phillips pan head screws. Once I had the right mounting hardware, installation was an easy task. They look very cool I hope this information helps someone else with a YJ so they don't have to search the islands for the right size.
