51 year old man here. I ordered under my wife's Revain account because she has Prime. The dosage is one capsule per day and there have been days when I have missed a dose, but since I started taking it I have lost 15 pounds and my libido has increased (in about 3 months). To be clear, I've been more careful with my diet and started running regularly to get some exercise. The walking didn't go as planned, but I can't say if these pills played a role in my weight loss. I suspect so, but I can't prove it, and I doubt they will lead to weight loss on their own. My libido was already healthy (although I'm in my 50s, my libido is ten years or more behind) but it has increased since I started taking these pills. This is not entirely good as it can result in your sex drive being higher than your spouse/partner's which can lead to frustration. Men my age will understand when I say that the recovery time before I'm ready to exercise again isn't what it was in my 20's, but the endurance that increased with age has stayed the same. We men remember when we could try every 30 minutes. That changes with age (three times a day would be a significant day for me now), but desire and willingness are a thing of the past. I've never had my testosterone checked so I don't know if it's low or not, but since taking these pills I've noticed an increased libido that dates back to my teens. I have nothing to offer but empirical data. but in my case i lost weight and my libido increased and i think these pills played their part in both cases. To what extent is unknown. If you're a guy my age who doesn't have much drive and is carrying more pounds than you'd like, try a bottle of this. I got 2 bottles for the price of one. If you have money to spend, why not give it a try? If they do nothing, you can move on or try another product. For the record, the only other supplements/prescriptions I take are enalapril 20 mg daily (for blood pressure) and a low dose of aspirin (prescribed by a doctor since I was in my 50's). I haven't had any interactions between these pills, but it seems wise to speak to a doctor before taking this or any other dietary supplement.
