The picture I shared is off my very large bedroom windows. I suffer from chronic migraines and have these giant windows that burn with morning sun like something in a cartoon. Great if you rise with the sun, agony of you have migraines. I put blackout film on the top and tried to leave the lower half for my cats but it's just too bright, so I bought this blackout film to cover the bottom too. The difference is in the picture. The top you can still see the window and some light, the bottom (this particular brand) is completely black. I need to get some tape for the edges, I'm scared to cut through it and cut the window frames (renting) but they are total blackout. Super easy to apply and easily removable. I'll buying this film from now on. (Btw, if you thought painters tape would be great to go around the edges like me to seal any cracks, if the window gets hot at all, that won't work in the slightest. My black painter tape won't stick to the vinyl the second the sun warms it)
