Review on HSB524 2006 2011 Honda Speaker Adaptor by Philip Breeze

I might as well just hack the originals and make them work just as well. The plastic ribs on it interfered with the speaker's metal frame, preventing the speaker from sitting flat. So I had to snap them all off and then drill some new holes in the outer ring to attach the speaker to this frame. However, the screws were too long (they came with the speakers as far as I recall) so I had to trim/cut them before they finally fit the 2007 Honda Civic EX sedan properly. What a terrible extra job for what should be a factory replacement.
