Review on Delphi MF0002 Mechanical Fuel Pump: Superior Performance and Durability by Matt Heringer

The description looks great. Will be updated after installation and driving. The large intake pipe was BENT. Poor packaging did not protect the pump from rough handling that bent the tubing. Gasket as shown in the picture in the description. Now I have to use the old gasket (if possible) or make or buy a new one. There should also be a spacer plate gasket as this will also need to be removed to lubricate the push rod to keep it in the up position when the pump is installed. Perhaps the design and finish was good, but everyone else who has worked with the pomp was left confused. I am extremely disappointed.
