Review on Kurt Adler 13.5-inch Star Treetop with Elegant Ivory Pearls and Platinum Glass Glitter by James Wonsley

This is the most beautiful treetop I have ever seen. My daughter was very happy when I opened it. It appears to be made from quality products and I don't understand some of the other reviewers' comments about it looking cheap. The color is as advertised and is as bright and shiny as you would expect from a treetop. The color looks a bit darker in my photo, but you can see the details in it. Unfortunately it is too heavy for the top branch of my artificial tree. I tried stuffing a few branches but it was still too heavy. The spring mechanism itself at the bottom is strong and well attached to the star. I think this topper is better for a real tree with a very strong center branch. I still plan on keeping it and finding a way to attach it to the top of the tree before Christmas. I'm thinking of putting a metal or wooden dowel wrapped in green floral ribbon in the middle of the tree so it can sit on top.
