A few days after placing the order, I still haven't heard back from anyone to confirm or arrange the delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, but no one brought it to me yesterday. I called the store twice to complain and both times spoke to Daria, the manager, who was obviously handling the situation perfectly but who offered no solutions and seemed startled that no one had called to confirm the order. Also, you may specify a callback time when placing your order (in this example, 10:00 on a Friday), but no one bothered to do so. Daria informed me that the courier service had been tasked with delivering my purchase and that she, unfortunately, knew nothing else about the status of my order. Today, when the package eventually arrived, the courier refused to bring it upstairs and insisted that I bring it down myself. I got up and was quite disappointed because I didn't want to rush through signing all the paperwork without first reading it. In addition, they will only be able to pay in cash after the year 2022. In reality, it's quite tragic. However, they have no spare bills for monetary transactions. I was invited to make the terrifying move to Amazon. I didn't even bother opening the keyboard because it was a gift. Please let me know if it does! And yet, they provide a mobile phone for about $300 in exchange for a review!
