There are currently 28 good to very good ratings for this product. I've waited a long time to write this review. Glue is applied to the grain side. There should be a backing paper on the adhesive to protect it before use. If you use the clamps on the grinder to hold it in place, it's very difficult to remove. If you just press it against the grinding wheel, it will fall off every time. You can go through all these good reviews if you want, I don't pay much attention to them anymore - product reviews.
