I think I like this product. Before this order I ordered a shoulder rest from another brand in size XXL. It was nowhere near true to size, although the measurements listed fit my body so I sent it back. I found this support that actually offers the best support and ordered XXXL. It's too big so I sent it back. I'm not a little person. I'm just over 6'2", weigh 260 pounds, have a 52" chest and 15 1/2" in my arms. I wear XXL and XXXL shirts. I'm trying to complete my shoulder replacement surgery in a few more months (because there's always a good time for a joint replacement). I'm reordering size XXL in this model of shoulder pad. Hope it fits and works. If you read other reviews, sizing is obviously the #1 problem with all shoulder rests. Note Please note that you may have to return an item or two before finding the right size and fit.I'll let you know if I get less support.I think women might find it uncomfortable due to the tight chest compression.Thankfully, Revain is great for comebacks without a fuss.
