I bought these bulbs to replace some of my existing 5" bulbs (please note there is currently only one handful of manufacturers out there) who make replacements for LED frames that slope - I need this because the ceiling is sloped - and will fit, in this case both a 5" and a 6" glass) - I replaced faded bezels with directional bezels about 20 years ago and they look fantastic in comparison. very easy to install - the only problem is that with a 5" can the wire fitting extends to the sides and is a bit tricky (not impossible) to install properly - in other words they are a bit tight and require fiddling around wit.a bit - once installed they look fantastic.The second issue is that they are very bright compared to my previous 35w incandescent bulbs so I had to add dimmer switches to accommodate the increased brightness so it's an extra cost I think they would be great in the kitchen or over the counter where extra light is desired.
