Purchased to replace worn non-Protaper grips. I also have a Protaper bar. I bought the right size. I bought a small tube of grip glue and according to the instructions you apply glue to the inside of the grip and then screw it onto the handlebars. As I rotated them, small cracks formed on the handles and the glue seeped through the cracks. Not perfect. However, when the glue dries, they are safe, but cracks are still noticeable.
