Great eRx software and great customer service

The best thing about this program would have to be that they understand my business needs very quickly after I sign up for their free trial so we can begin working together! That way when things do start going wrong there's no need to jump into technical support mode - at least not right away anyway since it will happen over time if needed but by allowing us work closely from day one, you're likely saving me some headaches later in life (and therefore possibly even cost). In terms of functionality issues, I haven't really ran across much trouble yet aside perhaps an issue or two here or there which seems due more to lack of use than anything else. You should definitely get all your ducks lined-up early on because this has been such a quick turnaround between getting hired via word-of mouth recommendations versus starting the process before finding someone locally who provides training/support. We are seeing success with being able to easily track utilization (such as tracking utilization per department), payer The best thing about this program so far has been the ease of creating new cases in our electronic medical record system. I can not think of anything that I dislike at this time. It has made it much easier to track patient information from one doctor appointment to another within the same day or across multiple appointments during a single visit. We have also found that we are able to create more accurate diagnoses than when using paper charts alone.
