Edit: The seller contacted me and said that based on my feedback they made changes to the product and the issue mentioned below no longer exists. They offered me a full refund for my issues. I give 5 stars for customer service and because I liked the product. First tip: The fabric itself is durable and does what it's supposed to. That being said, if you don't want to be in a rage every time you need a face towel because you can't get it to rip off a roll, then this isn't for you. Tip: Have a towel ready before washing your face. Otherwise you will get wet from 72 tiny pieces of this face towel or alternatively a 5 foot piece of towel that is only 1 inch wide as this towel does NOT like to tear through the perforated areas it was designed for. . This is why I wasted so much of this product. I will not redeem it because I would like to keep what dignity/health I have left.
