A good price for ceramic knives

I've been using ceramic knives for many years and I don't think I'll buy a steel chef's knife again. Ceramic knives are very sharp (and stay sharp!), they are very light and easy to clean. However, there are some disadvantages. And that's one of the reasons I liked this set. They will definitely break your ceramic knives. It can't be tomorrow. It cannot be for several years. But it will happen. One day you might notice a tiny chip that wasn't there before. or you can throw one right on the counter and it will break in half. For this reason I will never spend a lot of money on a super trendy high-end ceramic knife, because no matter how well you take care of it, the risk of it breaking is always much higher than with a steel knife. So the set is really great. It is reasonably priced and gives you multiple sizes to work with. The handles are comfortable with non-slip grips, and if one or two break, it won't break your heart (or the bank). The blades are sharp and handle everything from ripe tomatoes and zucchini to slicing beef like a champ. Plastic sheaths are good and necessary to protect the edges of your blades from chipping (especially if you're storing them in a drawer).

Pros
  • clear even the old ones
Cons
  • A bit wrinkled
