Fits very well. And adds enough load to your shoulders to support your posture. Although my shoulders tightened, I felt that my stomach's contraction could be stronger. The back has a highly breathable mesh panel. I wore it to work but as the tag says it was not meant to be worn for long periods of time and I had to take it off after about four hours. There are six snaps with hook and eye closures and a zip fly. Very good quality and not cheaply made. Definitely worth the price.
