Absolutely PERFECT! I made a floating shelf the "easy" way without any hardware but the weight/thickness of the wood caused the front to droop a bit. These simple brackets were the perfect solution! The cast iron like finish makes it very sturdy, extremely easy to install, and complimented my big ole hankin shelf. This floating shelf was tilted down and not securely attached to the wall. I wanted to place these glass vases on it but was understandably concerned about safety. Considered purchasing a new shelf but then saw these brackets. The brackets are attached only to the wall since the shelf is attached separately and they provide all the support needed. And they look great!

I love these brackets. However, you can't screw the screws in flush with the shelf bracket because there are no divets like there are on the wall bracket. They are on the wrong side. This should be fixed. It looks like an unprofessional install. Pic on left is shelf bracket and screws are not flush with bracket. The pic on right is the wall side and screws are nice and flush with bracket.

I wanted to love this but I’m just disappointed. There was damage during shipping. Reason being was bc there is no protection along the length of the wood, only the ends. All it takes is a little bump and you have damages to the edges as you can see in the pictures.Also, the support for the shelf is almost non existent. You need your own drill bit that’s just shy of 7” long to use the included hardware to support the shelf. And what is supplied is just not good enough. The shelf sagged. I had…

The design effect looks wonderful, and they're very sturdy brackets. A nice value for your dollar, but could be a little less costly for what they are. Overall I think they are very nice, and look fantastic on the wall!

Love them! Exactly what I wanted for my shelf. All hardware was included. Great, sturdy brackets! Used to display a missionary picture and brick from a church we built in Africa.

These look great, they were the perfect for the builtins I made. The screws that come with them are a little cheap though. They strip very easily.

Simple instructions, all hardware provided. Like others have mentioned though, if you install them as I did the bugle head screws won’t sit flush with the bracket underneath because the divet/taper is on the other side. You can use black pan head screws to get around this.

Cool brackets. You can use them in a few different arrangements, up from the bottom of the shelf, down from the top and I actually did both to give two shelves a modern look.
