Ideal for shower curtain rod holders

Perfect for shower curtain rod holders. You will need to purchase four 1 1/2 inch #6 stainless steel screws and hollow wall anchors to install to the tiled bathtub. The screws provided were too short for anything other than direct wood attachment.

Great replacement for the less durable cabinet bracket

My wife's cabinet bracket broke under quite a bit of weight. They fit perfectly and replace the cheap plastic parts. They are made of metal and will most likely survive a direct hit from a tornado and/or excessive clothing. To be honest it's outstanding.

Extremely durable replacement

Why plastic was used for these brackets years ago is beyond me. These sturdy metal parts will last forever. So easy to install and deeper than plastic poles so I don't worry about the pole falling off. The old plastic ones have been in use for over 30 years and one day they suddenly cracked and broke. That won't happen with these.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not sure

Exactly what I needed!

Wall brackets needed for one of these adjustable closet tie rods with approximately 1.25 inch wide rubber feet on the ends. I wanted something metallic because I like repeating things rather than figuring it out later. that he wasn't strong enough. Oops. It was exactly what I needed. Installs in minutes with a pair of screws and a bubble equalizer. I will definitely buy more of these!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Useless features

Closet issue 100% fixed

It's very simple. I needed to replace the cheap plastic junk the previous owner was using and I knew I needed metal. I was thinking wood but I was thinking durability and in this case wood is better than metal. I also wanted a vertical version with two screws instead of three or one. The supports behind my wall aren't 2x4's so 3 didn't work and one didn't seem enough. It went on easily, firmly in place and is currently holding my closet rod rock hard.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Works great, a bit expensive for what you get

This is a fairly basic product. But well made of metal. Much better than wood and plastic. I've replaced dozens of them over the years after they inevitably failed. This product was easy to install and should last forever. The only complaint is that it seems a bit pricey for what you actually get. I think a price around $6-7 would be more reasonable. We definitely needed it fast. It came in one day. And it works great.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Requires socket

Very durable and high quality!

I bought a similar unit from my local HD store. These are of higher quality. Made of metal. Carefully covered with paint. I like them better due to the fact that they can be installed with screws inside, which is not available in other local stores. I use them to hold my shower curtain. One change I made was to use longer screws so I could securely attach them to the stud. Revain have once again achieved a great product and fast delivery. In another store, it would take up to 2 weeks for you to

Sturdy, well made but note the hole pattern

I love that I can use a 1.5 inch stick connector, they are strong and have a good finish. Two things I would change: mounting holes in the same position on each end and a hole in the open end for a screw to fix the rod. About holes: if you measure the position vertically to drill holes on each end, the rod will be tipped because the holes on the open end are offset by about 1/4 inch. Carefully measure the rod with a spirit level. About securing the pole: It doesn't matter, but if you're using a
