Lives up to its name
Relatively easy to apply (I’m used to a firmer tipped applicator). I did love the color and vibrancy of this liner but it did not stay long on my eyelids. I use it mostly in combination with a vivid blue mascara when I’m playing with makeup looks, although not necessary in making the color pop.
- It' crackles a little bit when it dries, but it's easy to wear.
- May not last as long as some other liquid eyeliners
