Many years ago I bought an Original Kittywalk. It was made of very thick cotton rope and lasted for years. I knew if I took my cat there, she would be safe. Bought less than a year ago but only used a few times. It's made of thin nylon rope (see photo) that cats can't stand and is a cat run after all. After just a few uses, the cat had made several holes in one of the doors. I saw that the company only gives a 30 day guarantee. I contacted them because I thought they would definitely support their product and send me repair material or a new door so I could use the thing at least a little bit. nope No Answer. Nothing. Nada. Not worth the money.
