The top pegs popped out easily but the bottom pegs were so tight I couldn't remove them without damaging the plastic and judging by the reviews I'm not that Only one who has experienced this. The manual says you "may have to use a flat head to remove them" which is a joke as it required a hammer and a battle cry. Then, to top it off, these monkeys sent me a 5.5 inch extension cable with no adapter to connect to the Gate. Sure, it's a stylish goal and I love looking at it, but I also get to watch my son roam free. Stairs because this company can't seem to get anything right.
