Excellent Service - Friendly Staff, Good Rates

The people there are always friendly and willing to help you no matter if it's day or night! Their support staff has helped me get through several issues over my career at BB&S and I've never had an issue where they weren't helpful. It can be frustrating when things go wrong but their customer service team does wonders making sure our questions/issues are answered ASAP!! Great place! As long as problems don't arise too often (that doesn‘t happen very much), everything goes smooth sailing without any hiccups. I enjoy that they are always open to suggestions from my clients. They listen very carefully and make changes where necessary. Their billing rates seem high compared to other firms we've used but their service has generally exceeded our expectations when it comes time to collect or close out accounts receivable. We haven't had any major problems working together so far! Having an attorney who specializes in collections helps ensure you get paid what you're owed quickly (and fairly).
