Without fittings
The steering wheel itself is fine. What I don't understand is why it doesn't come with the hardware to put it back on the vacuum?! I had to buy a new balance bike because my dog ate the old one. So I need a screw and a hubcap (cap). Not happy about that. Please be clearer in the product description.
