Great neck pillow. until you use it and the quality shows.
It's soft and looks good when it arrives. The clasp broke after less than a week of use which is one of the main reasons for the purchase. Then after a few days the seams started to tear - at least along the seam so we can fix it. but shouldn't a neck pillow last more than 7 days? maybe we are stupid
