I bought this vacuum cleaner because of the advertised filtration system (which is suitable for allergy sufferers), at that time I thought that I was allergic to dust. In the course of work, it turned out that the vacuum cleaner does not vacuum the carpet so well (you have to go through the same place several times to it in). At present, I have taken care of searching for another vacuum cleaner for my parents and found out that you need to take a vacuum cleaner with a suction power of at least 390-400 watts, and the dyson has only 280 watts - apparently because of this it badly. Another of the minuses is that you often have to pour out the dust from the tank (after two, sometimes three cleanings) and the dust sticks to the mesh (but these are, in principle, trifles, you can shake it off). I also tried to wash the filter - it seems to be normal, but somehow I doubt that it can be washed normally with just cold water without using any cleaning products. The hose, I think, is of normal length, the carpet nozzle is not very - it constantly rises up when you lead it along the carpet. For me, the vacuum cleaner is heavy (cleaning and getting out is not particularly good). It's a little inconvenient that there is no power adjustment on the hose (but only an on/off on on the body), but this can be put up with. Of the pluses, I can say that there are no smells (which I had in the old LG when it heated up), that is, it vacuums without smell. It's also good that you don't have to buy anything (garbage bags, filters). Some wrote that he was noisy, but I didn’t notice (before that I used LG) - so he roars like a beast, and this one buzzes like that :) Bottom line: now I would not take this model, because I think that the price does not match the quality, it is too high (I bought it for 16000 in Hong Kong), today I have found many models of vacuum cleaners, with an even better filtration system, higher suction power and at a lower price.
