Pretty good in my review

This seems strong and sturdy. The leash gets caught in the corners of the opening of the retractable part. It’s very annoying, as the last one I purchased, a Flexible, still works fine after seven years. The nylon cord was wearing out on it so that’s why I purchased this new one.
