The bracelet is good, comfortable, with a bunch of functions and a large convenient screen. But there are 2 problems that make it impossible to use: 1) Smart alarm clock. I set it to 6 in the morning and the delta for 30 minutes, that is, the bracelet can start waking me up from 5:30 to 6, when there will be a wakefulness phase. It turned out that it was just random. Most often, he simply wakes up either at 5:30 or at 6. Despite the fact that the phases of wakefulness may not occur at this time. Maybe just forget to wake up. It's good that, just in case, there is a simple alarm clock on the phone at 6:05. I called support. He asked if it was important that the bracelet was connected to the phone at night or not. Could not give an answer. They advised me to reset all settings, reinstall the application, untie-attach the bracelet. Did not help. We agreed with support that I would test the bracelet for a week with reset settings and write to them. But they opened a ticket and closed it the next day. 2) When you go far from the phone, the bracelet turns off. This is fine. But he does not think to connect when you return to the phone. It is necessary to climb into the application and reconnect the bracelet. There are a lot of posts about this problem on the forums. There is no solution. From the instructions on the website, Huawei gave all permissions to Huawei Health. Did not help. Support promised to look into the issue and call back, but no calls, no open ticket number have been received. My phone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. Xiaomi bracelets reconnected on their own without any problems when the connection was lost to LG G3s LTE, Xiaomi A2, iPad Air2, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
