Great for making uniformly-shaped empanadas

Good as a mold for forming empanadas that are nicely shaped. But using the bottom as a dough cutter doesn’t work as advertised—it is not only uneven as mentioned in other reviews, but the dough needs to be bigger around to account for the empanada being folded over the filling. That said, it is great as a base for constructing uniform empanadas, worth the price.
