My electrician professionally installed a motion sensor for my magnetic door lock. He worked for about 10 minutes and just died. My electrician said the transformer keeping the door locked was out of order. He said the transformer should be warm when working properly, but after a moment it went cold. This item has good reviews but is junk. I used it for a commercial door. You pay for what you get. This sensor returns today. This item was also missing some hardware to install. The seniors' red light didn't stay on for too long either. Once it is triggered to unlock the door I would like the sensors to turn off after 3 seconds. I will order a better sensor. I learned my lesson by buying a piece of junk.
