I love this insulated lunch bag - I have several children with anaphylactic food allergies so we always take snacks and food with us when we go out. . It contained a small ice pack, five 8 ounce water bottles, 5 apples, 5 disposable food bags and 4 baby food bags with plenty of room. The outer compartment offers plenty of space for serviettes and cutlery if required. It also has two mesh pockets on the sides, each of which can easily hold a 20 ounce stainless steel mug. I am very happy with the quality and size of this bag! Also, I like that it looks more like a purse than a lunch bag so we don't look like we're always carrying food around. I definitely recommend this product!
