I really wanted to like them since I was looking for baby yarn.

I really wanted to like these as I was looking for a fluoride free baby yarn that is fun shaped and kid friendly but they break fairly easily (partial strands) and brought brought tears to our 5 and 3 year old girls. Our girls are avid flossers and make sure they get every tooth and they have pretty narrow spaces between their teeth, maybe that's why. They asked for "old dental floss" from Plackers - they have fluoride on them but maybe we can just give them a good scrub before using. I will not order these again.
