I bought the 12 pack as a starter set for my teenage niece, and was planing to buy her a book with mixing recipes, but this came with a 20 age booklet (10 sheets front and back) so that was convenient. The booklet contains general safety and storage info, as well as:1. a list of the 12 essentials oils and uses2. diffuser recipes (12)3. skin/hair beauty recipes (10)4. cleaning recipes (7)5. pain relief recipes (9)6. diluting chartp.s. Based on some of the reviews I was worried that some oils might leak or the bottles may not be full, but thankfully it came in with no leaks. I added a photo - the bottles are not all filled to exactly the same level, but they're all 90+ percent full so I can't complain.
