I started baking different breads during the recent quarantine. I have a square glass cake pan and oblong round Corningware pan I've been using for focaccia. I was having a big problem with sticking on the bottom of the pan and ended up tearing some loaves badly.I knew I could not safely trim standard baking sheet silicone sheets since they contain fiberglass so looked for some pure silicone sheets. I saw these and they looked promising since the heat rating is up to 446 degrees and I bake my focaccia at 425. I am very pleased that these sheets are nicely manufactured and are the same thickness as my normal baking sheet silicone liner sheets. I just put my pans on top of the sheet, drew the outline with a magic marker and a few minutes later had perfect inserts for both my square and oblong pans. Now to get the baked loaves out I just run a knife around the edges of each loaf to be sure those are free, turn the pan upside down and the loaves effortlessly fall out with the silicone sheet. Perfectly browned bottom where it sat on the sheet and no sticking of any sort. This met every expectation I had and I have a lot left over for future pans or any other use. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase and can report they work extremely well for baking.
