Despite the high price I am very happy that I found this tray. Our 3.5 month old kitten had no adjustment problems. The design makes it bearable to look at and keeps it in a better place for the kitty than trying to bury it deep in a closet. The inlet bridge actually seems better at keeping track of debris than anything else I've tried, plus the benefits of a closed box to keep debris from being flung all over the place! Cleanup is a breeze when the scoop is stored in the door and the tray slides out easily. The main complaint is that the magnets, clasp, and hinge that hold the faceplate closed feel a bit flimsy - you have to line them up properly to close properly. Hope it lasts! And maybe the side panel of the divider could also have some holes to give some more air/light space inside the box.
