I've been looking for a car mount for Toyota Tacoma and it works well. The vent clip is manually adjustable, which is different from others that just flip a switch. This is the one you would screw in and I actually tightened it with no problem and no damage was done to the vent. The only thing you have to do is adjust the vent to fold and stay open, which isn't a problem for me. As for the truck, I definitely feel the bumps when driving through them and the phone mount stays in place. The gooseneck option is great too, as you never want to obstruct your view, especially in a higher vehicle. Overall it was a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it!
