I bought two of these cases for a project I was working on. Both suitcases arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, both cases were deformed, as if someone had grabbed the case at both ends and twisted it vigorously. As the shipping materials were in very good condition I believe this to be a manufacturing defect. Both boxes went back into their boxes and to my garbage heap.
