My valve died after 9 months and about 4 uses for half an hour each. The valve is off when the mower is off. The lawnmower is in the garage, so there are no problems with the elements. I've never had a warranty issue, so I used the seller's contact form to request a warranty replacement. They ask you to select a topic in the contact form, but there is no matching topic for warranty support. Request sent, let's see what happens. Right now my mower is stuck in the rain 8 feet from my garage, covered with a tarp. I can tell the valve isn't working because it doesn't click when the key is turned on, and also my clear plastic fuel line filter housing shows very clearly that there is no gas in the filter line.
